Privacy policy
This policy explains what Hsu Law collects through this website and what we do with it.
What we collect
If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email, phone number if you give it, and what you write. Like most websites, this one also records basic technical information, such as pages visited and the type of browser, to keep it working and to understand which pages are useful.
How we use it
We use what you send only to reply to you and to check for conflicts of interest before a first meeting. We don't sell it, and we don't share it except with service providers who run the website and email for us.
How long we keep it
Notes from people who don't become clients are deleted after a year. Client files are kept as the rules for lawyers require.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by writing to hello@hsulaw.com or calling (916) 555-0162.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page.
